‘Grievance Redressal Committee, SCET’ is created to address the issues of grievance, to decide the merit of the same and to propose a solution to the same, and thus, promoting a transparent and healthy environment within the institution.
Those with genuine grievance can approach the committee, either directly, or either through email or other mode of contact, or through the complaint / suggestion box placed in institution, in case if the person with grievance does not wish to come forward.
This committee is working with purpose to create harmony, transparency and unbiased academic environment.
The objectives of the committee are as under.
- To create a healthy environment, where people with genuine grievance come forward, without any hesitation.
- To maintain the dignity of institute, (SCET), its parent institute, (SES) and protect the values, rules and principles upon which they stand.
- To support those, who have been denied their rightful claim / service by Institute.
- To ensure the correct solution of genuine grievance.

|To address, analyse and solve the students’ academic and administration issues within the institution.|
|To coordinate between the students and their department to solve the grievance.|
|To help students in academic and administration issues with GTU.|
|To address the issues of harassment, or ragging or any other such issues.|
What we are not?
This committee, does not undertake or challenge the decisions made by universities / various boards of studies / councils. This committee, also does not undertake the issues regarding the decisions made by college authority / management on discipline, both misdemeanor and felony. College admission issues and scholarships are also not within the functions of the committee.
