Mission
To strategically publicize SCET’s academic excellence, innovations, events, and achievements through coordinated engagement with print media, broadcast channels, and official digital platforms, ensuring consistent, accurate, and impactful communication.
Objectives
-
To consistently showcase major SCET events, milestones, and successes through creative digital content.
-
To manage and coordinate SCET official social media handles, ensuring accurate, timely updates on various activities conducted year-round.
-
To foster active engagement with the student community, alumni, faculty, and the broader public through interactive posts, stories, and campaigns
-
To maintain a responsive and responsible digital identity for SCET aligned with academic values and professionalism.
Activities
The Social Media Team convenes regularly to strategize, plan, and execute coordinated digital campaigns in alignment with the above vision and mission. Each team member, representing their department and SCET collectively, actively participates in creating and sharing content that highlights achievements, events, and innovations. By leveraging visuals, videos, infographics, and well-crafted narratives, the team ensures that SCET’s accomplishments are presented in an appealing manner to diverse online audiences.
Content is published strictly via official SCET handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X), with each post reviewed for accuracy and branding. The team also collaborates across departments and with Sarvajanik University to maximize reach and impact
