Vision
To empower women to realize their full potential in education, careers, and personal growth by fostering academic excellence, leadership, innovation, and holistic development.
Mission
To empower women by fostering awareness, education, and skill development, while providing a safe and inclusive environment that encourages individuality, leadership, and career advancement. The cell aims to inspire women to achieve personal and professional growth, contribute to societal betterment, and create a culture of equality and respect.
Objectives
- To promote mutual respect and understanding among all genders through gender equity programs, fostering an inclusive and empowering campus environment.
- To organize seminars, workshops, and activities that empower women and foster personal and professional growth.
- To ensure a safe and inclusive campus with a zero-tolerance policy for gender-based violence and harassment.
- To provide counseling and guidance on academics, careers, self-defense, and personality development.
- To promote health, hygiene, and mental well-being through sessions with domain experts
- To inspire women to pursue higher education, leadership roles, and meaningful contributions to society.
